At Everson Consulting we pride ourselves in delivering exciting, results-producing training that stays with the people for the rest of their professional careers, not just for the rest of the week. Too often people leave training programs all pumped up but the follow through never occurs.

At the end of all of our sessions we includ a structured “Action Planning” exercise where attendees commit to making operational and behavioral changes and develop personal performance contracts that they share with their immediate supervisor. This follow through phase is one way that we set ourselves apart from other training organizations.

We also incorporate a Personal Learning Journal, a preparatory exercise where attendees target deliverables that they want to focus on during the training.

We understand that “adult learners” bring their own insights/experiences/biases to every program and we encourage open, free-flowing dialog within a “Guided Discovery” learning environment. Lecture is not our bag. We want participants to experience their own, personal “ah ha’s”. This, along with the Action Planning, ensures that the “lessons learned” during the training transfer back to the on-the-job application.

Everson Consulting provides training/facilitation services in a wide range of settings. We can conduct in-house training with your leadership/teams, we can assist you in conference and seminar activities by conducting keynotes and breakout sessions’ training, and we can also work with your leadership in a one-on-one “coaching” activity.
