Terry Everson - Leadership & Organizational For the past 6 years Terry has positioned Everson Consulting, LLC, as a beacon of People Change Leadership, building out strategic, tactical and operational models that just plain make sense. He is a proven, innovative leader who honors the “Core Principles” of Professionalism, Integrity, and Dedication. In addition to his growing Change Leadership practice he has remained a mainstay presenter at state/regional/national conferences and has worked with national lending institutions, General Motors, Conoco-Phillips Petroleum, Kraft Foods, CUNA Mutual Insurance Group, Exelon Energies, and many other Fortune 500 organizations. He also is active in The Life Ecology Organization Team, the most comprehensive brain transformation program available. He is a recognized customer service consultant in the student loan industry, working with noted institutions like Michigan State University, The Ohio State University, UCLA, USC, Yale, and the University of Minnesota. Terry has a Master’s Degree with Ph.D. coursework from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He is a loyal “Blugold” and is active in the UWEC Alumni Association. He and his wife enjoy the condo life on Lake Mendota in Madison, Wisconsin, while supporting Bucky Badger and the UW-Madison.
